Welcome to the Wise Body Wellness online appointment scheduler (when the online scheduler is active). This can be used 24 hours a day. You can book appointments up to 24 hours in advance if they are available. Be sure you receive an e-mail confirmation of your appointment. If you do not have one, you may not have an appointment at Wise Body Wellness! Please check your junk mail if you have not received one in your in box. The confirmation guarantees your booking. If the online scheduler is not active, please email us at laura@wisebodywellness.com to schedule your appointment. New clients
If you are a new acupuncture client, please read the New Client information on our website. We ask that you fill out our health questionnaire. To do this, go to New Client page, and scroll down until you see the red link that says New Acupuncture Client. Just click on this and print out this form and bring with you to your first appointment. If you are a new therapeutic massage client, you will have a short intake form to fill out in our office when you come in for your first appointment. If you are a new Maya Abdominal Massage client, Laura will email you the intake form to fill out. Soon it will be available on the website. Cancellation policyYou may cancel your appointment without charge UP TO 24 hours before your appointment time, but we would appreciate it if you gave as much notice as possible if you do need to cancel.
As you know, we come to Bermuda in concentrated periods of time, and therefore each appointment time is critical. Because of this:
*If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hour notice, you will be responsible for the FULL fee, unless there is an acceptable medical emergency.
*If you do not show up for the appointment that you scheduled, you will be responsible for the FULL fee of the missed appointment.
